Was in remodel. Wasn’t the problem. Upon checkout, gal at counter was very rude. Personal phone more important than me! I suggest a little customer training. She is the front desk. First and last impression!

From the moment I stepped out of the car. I was disappointed! From the staff to the room. The receptionist kept saying puffing on her vape. She gave me the wrong room! I paid for a double she put me in a single. She corrected it after she argued with me. To top it off we had the loudest neighbors. I was like omg! They kept slamming doors and waking guest up. The staff did nothing. Horrible, horrible,horrible. Your response is not needed! It’s just bull do better

There was only enough hot water to have a cool shower. They had shampoo/conditioner and shower gel on the shower wall. Great stuff. My hair was very soft. But in the night one by one randomly they fell off and crashed to the floor. I sat up thinking something terrible happened in the hallway. Only later saw the evidence. Staff was nice. Bed was clean.

The staff is nice and the hotel was ok just had a bad experience with the water quality. Was unable to shower due to a water shut off earlier during the evening waited that night and the water was ice cold.
